Modern Slavery Policy

Pro Facilities has a clear modern slavery policy. We do not accept forced labour, human trafficking or hidden worker exploitation.

First, this policy explains our expectations for staff, suppliers and subcontractors. It also supports fair, safe and lawful working conditions on every project.

Our commitment

Pro Facilities acts with care when choosing suppliers. Because people must be treated fairly, we expect each supplier to follow UK employment law.

However, if a concern is raised, we will review it quickly. We will then take suitable action with the supplier or project team.

Our supply chain

Our work can include doors, shutters, roofing, building repairs and facility support. In addition, we may use specialist suppliers for parts, labour and site services.

Suppliers should keep clear labour records. They should also check their own supply chains where risk may exist.

Checks and reporting

Managers should stay alert to warning signs. These may include withheld documents, unpaid wages, unsafe housing or workers who cannot leave freely.

If any person has a concern, they can contact Pro Facilities in confidence. As a result, the concern can be reviewed and handled in the right way.

For wider guidance, see the UK Government modern slavery guidance.

Contact

Finally, if you have a concern linked to this policy, please contact our team through the Pro Facilities contact page.

This modern slavery policy will be reviewed as our business, suppliers and legal duties change.
