Job Overview: Office Admin
Pro Facilities are looking for an enthusiastic office administrator to help with the operations and office team in Low Moor, Bradford.

Responsibilities:
– Supporting the office manager and operations team in day to day tasks
– Processing vehicle rentals, returns, servicing etc..
– rocessing inbound deliveries
– Purchasing orders and items
– Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls with customers, sub-contractors, depots and drivers
– Routing trips and booking deliveries in with customers daily.
– Liaise with drivers, customers, sub-contractors and depots with regards to traffic and delivery updates
– Processing incoming and outbound emails.

Location:
Pro Facilities, Unit 1, South Bradford Trading Estate, Brighouse Rd, Low Moor, Bradford, BD12 0QA

Hours:
Monday to Friday

Salary:
£19,000 – £23,000
